Who Am I?

I am JKEEPSMOVING.

I began my journey in October 2023, not long ago. At my heaviest weight, things were tough—I couldn't tie my shoes or fasten my seatbelt. Enjoying my favorite activities was a struggle due to my poor lifestyle choices. Daily drinking and consuming over five thousand calories were taking a toll on my health. My doctor's warnings about the silent threat of a heart attack resonated deeply. I knew I had to change; I wanted to witness my daughter's wedding and my son's future successes. Most importantly, I needed to change for myself—I craved health, the joy of riding roller coasters, and feeling confident in my own skin.

Then, it clicked—

I had to

keep moving.

On October 10th, I took a decisive step: I cut out all added sugar, alcohol, and most processed foods cold turkey. I committed to daily exercise, without shortcuts or relying on the gym. No surgeries, shots, or special medications for weight loss—though I respect anyone who chooses those paths towards health. My mantra became "Keep Moving," and I haven't stopped since.
